I figure since you kiwis are prety much the embodiment of PoE, being on an island and all, you would appreciate finding a magical bottle on the beach or off a monster somewhere on the island.

Unique soul = killing a unique boss gives it a charge, empty after use until next kill

Kraken - can create a cool pirates of the carribean 3 looking crustacean/man thing. Mimicking a marauder, does splash damage, slows enemies, gives an aura that decreases ememy cold resist by 10%. I would say make the kraken a lvl 55 rare mob equivalent.



Edit: edited crit dmg bonus to reflect splash dmg attribute. Also added 2 * requirements that balance the item, provided more description on summon.

I want that flask, so i can yell : Release the Kraken !!!! infront my PC.

It would be a cool unique for cold users. It also provides an alternative to using summon spells for non cold users allowing you to change out skill gems for bosses and hard champions. Definitely worth winning I think right reaper? Chris? GGG team!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Firstly, this should be a unique item that scale according to levels. So, some players will decides to stick with it if they wish and eventually grow their character based on this item. Energy shield, element resist and attributes will grow together with char but not too much until it's overly powerful.
The added uniqueness is the ability to revive any minions created from any skills to original condition without time limit. This will influence the outcome of battle including PVP. This option suits advance players who wants to customise their minions mix to achieve good results.

Oh....so not cool Reaper....when did you decide to make it an avatar as well? Well....Does one have to win the Unique item give away as well? Or are there two prizes, a unique and a Forum Avatar?

Or is that already explained in the previous posts....dont wanna go through 30+ pages for something that might not exist.

If there is separate prizes...I WANNA FORUM AVATAR!! If its a lump prize, count me out, I suck at item creation.

Ah...I read the original post along time ago, and didnt realize he updated it....I rarely go back to the OP on threads once I read it....Well..that puts me out of the race...too bad, I REALLY wanted a forum avatar. Oh well....pennies saved til I get my 1k.....maybe 3-4 years from now! Assuming They let me get Diamond after OB.....if not, I'll just have to play, and stop posting on the forums.
