I miss a thread about "How to make wealth in PoE when playing solo+self found". ;) That's the actual challenge, especialy when you find ingame trading so boring like I do, so I just spip it mostly.

i remember doing something similar in world of warcraft, getting potions from vendor and selling them at higher price at ah, or just going in to action house buying and selling stuff. This is the same thing (without using gold) and for some people is like addiction to get more and more of the virtual non-existant currency. I just can't do it, i would rather farm all day than trade all day

People there trade all day everyday and make plenty of real world currency. For example flipping. Seen/heard of the new limited edition lego 41999? Scalpers/traders/flippers are flipping that for double its original selling price. Sounds familiar? but you can't buy food with ingame virtual currency.

Bro i hope that was in vanilla, because if you played the last few xpacs and weren't using inscription you are a fool. Made MILLIONS of gold with little to no effort selling those decks. Bought be a rhino and was gonna buy a spectral tiger then i just got bored and my sub ran out.

It starts with buying things for 5 Chaos, and selling them for 6. So it's not exclusively for the already rich. And if it was so easy to double your money through trading... then why aren't you?

Because I was foolish enough to think i could solo all the maps, which I did, and now that i have i don't care to play the character anymore. I don't want to map with others,its why i made a summoner/sporker. I even have a shipyard map that i have no desire to run because its simply not fun anymore. Without a high lvl map drop, or that one lucky drop, its a wasted proposition. I would be way better off just selling it.

When you solo maps,everything you have goes into them. I guess i was a fool for thinking i could solo maps.....and that was my mistake. Really im just disappointed because i saw this guys 8 stars and thought he had something interesting to say. Yes, i admit i stopped reading because it seemed pointless, still i will pass judgement.

We all flip, this is nothing new, my point is NOTHING beats being the guy that gets a shavs here and a soul taker there. NOTHING WILL EVER BEAT THAT, SO PLZ STOP TELLING ME IT WILL.
