inexium you are my hero. Never thought I would be having anymore than 1 ex. after 3 days of flipping, at 2-3 hours a day, i currently am having 5 ex worth of currencies in my stash. Along with an eternal which i used your flipping method and got it for dirt cheap.
Sounds more or less risky this "flipping", no guarantees that you can resell all the stuff. I've usualy don't even sell useful support gems (nobody even wan't chain anymore? ) or anything, maybe I have no patience, maybe it's because the trade channels are split and the possible customers are in another channel, who knows. :D
It's almost like in Diablo 3 where I don't sell Items for 25000 Gold in the AH while similar Items (you can compare the items) are listed for 25 Millions. My own Items seems to be invisible all the time, same like in PoE. :D
That's why I don't trade and that's why I don't have much currency. But it's ok, I still can play PoE for fun, it's hard but doable in "Single Player".

Yeah my friend who is and was a trader, told me : Ow.. trust me i always did this. I did it on (WOW? ) and other games.
PoE is special because it's not an MMO. So many PoE players are not addicted to games in general ( except D2 or D1 :D ) and don't really know about this stuff, like me.

*yawn* good job, hero. This being a free to play product does make it fairly saturated with noobs, who may find this useful. Although the game is hard to some extend(mostly because of technical problems) so I guess not that many of them stick around to find the gems/items you happily steal.
Anyway I wont touch the trading system in PoE with a long stick, its just so primitive every time I look at the trade chat I get a headache. I'd rather leave the flipping for D3 and play/craft in this game for fun. But I did see a post, mentioning how each item in D3 has its set price. True for uniques, not true for rares. Sometimes I get something, without a close equivalent and then the real guessing starts. Hell, I'll make a full rare hero if I could, unfortunately it wont really be able to compete.
In short: the rare item model + Diablo's AH will be the thing. For me at least.
