quitting cause of crafting

This reminds me of vanilla wow where a lucky few stood around IF decked out in purples. I was one of those people so it frustrates me a bit that I still haven't 6linked my chest. then again i've only spent around 350 fusings so I can't complain too much.

I play entirely self found... and HC. If the game gives me a 6L, I'll use it. But I'm not going to quit playing simply because it doesn't cough one up in the first month.

i don't care to explain to you why i need a 6 link, but i do need one.

regardless, its the futility of my efforts to acquire my last upgrade that i find so defeating.

n response to me having nothing to do if i finished upgrading. i don't see how making another character is reasonable thing for me to accomplish if i cant even finish the one im working on now

I've never been much for slot machine gambling. I'm a poker player, a little gamble but mostly skill.

Spending 20 exalts worth of fusings and not getting even a 5 link is absolutely absurd.

Will never try to craft in this game again. That's the only way.

Even if you find a godly chest, it's worthless because it won't get linked.

you can BUY a 6L of a popular item. the problem is, he doesn't want a popular item. his BiS is a 6L Quill Rain in hardcore. i have seen a 6L Lioneye for sale for 35 exalts. more than once.i have never seen a 6l quill rain for any price =p

so basically: kneel before the rng gods and grind for a couple thousand fusing orbs and hope you don't get fucked.

and you can still get fucked anyways

i have 34 days played on my ranger

further more, id love to have something to work towards, like a new character. With the current state of crafting im still stuck with an incomplete level 90 ranger.

why start a new character if im unable to finish my current one
