quitting cause of crafting

lvl 90 ranger, rank 45 on hc ladder, spend all my fortune slowly over 2 weeks trying to 6 link my bow and have failed.

although my character is fully in-tact and playable, ive lost all motivation to play POE anymore. To re-accumulate such amount of wealth to gamble away all over again to try and earn my last upgrade feels too much of a monumental task.

id rather play call of duty for a few hours and log off computer.

fun game Ill be back when more content comes out.

you aren't supposed to use the currency in that way in this game.

you ARE supposed to just treat it like the "gold" in other games. this game is unique in that it has 24 different kinds of gold.

there is no crafting in this game, just dice rolls with .0000000001% chance of getting anything half worth what you used to make it

I am 6 linking a quill rain.

the only one available on HC is in some dudes stash who quit the game after dieing to lightning thorns.

as for the community 6-link my bow and win a prize, its a good idea but not everyone can do it or it doesn't work. I also was thinking of the amount of time id have to spend running such a hoax, and it didn't seem like something I wanted to wait on.

although running these gamble your fusing side shows is smart you gotta have a lot of free time on your hands to be convincing people, spamming , promoting, meeting up and trading with 100's of noobs
