Common Suggestions and Feedback (with Dev Responses)

Yes it will be awesome. And one more "must have" option to this game is items stats compere when you check them. Just look at Titan Quest system, it showes you parameters of item in you inventory/stash and items of the same type equiped on you by just pionting your mouse on them. Maby some colored text must showes you what stast you gain or lose... maby just damage/armor/evasion differece, but it will save me a lot of time, and makes items choiсe more easy\friendly.

hey can not do voices when you hit the number keys 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9, as in some other games it goes funny game more vivid when playing multiplayer PLEAS
My 2 cents:

1) Add something like an arrow on the minimap and/or on the border of the screen to track party members when they go out of screen/range of the map

2) Trivial: add to the item the "location" caption like "head, chest, shield" etc,etc...in few hours of game it happen frequently to find things that looked like shield but were helmets XD

3) Add some neutral/good NPC on the maps...finding someone to talk or that need help in the middle of the maps is alway gratifying (like some side-quest)
Will be icons for summons added in future? It pretty difficult to determine how much zombies/spectres/skeletons still alive Just X/Max will make a deal.

Some passives like Necromatic Aegis needed a detailed description.

Orb of Augument/Chance likely be warn about enchanting something magical, but already with 2 properties, instead just general can't do it message.

Will diff window added for equiped/selected item, pretty useful in any rpg?

It will be great to hightlight pots/barrels too (or add such options).

White items with upgraded quality may be colored (every white can be epic in future, thanks to orbs).

Summons like to somehow disapper, if player walks too far.
This looks awesome. It's very informative.
Hey everyone this is my first post and I just started the game today. It really feels great and is lots of fun.

Theres only one thing that bothers me so far and thats the minimap, not necessarily the way it looks like but the fact that its basically the same minimap as in D2.

I'd like to have an option to choose between classic D2-style map and a square minimap that could be put into the upper right corner of the UI. Maybe even with an option to choose its opacity?

Also an option to not have ALT pressed all the time would be nice like a common trigger.

Anyways thats just minor stuff really. Keep the nice work up GGG. :-)
Hello all,
A suggestion for the character screen.
Could the int, dex, str circle show the base amount for skill tree when you hover.

For example:
19 Str with +7 str from items when mouse-over shows

base Strength 12
2 Strength = +1 life
5 Strength = +1% Melee Physical damage

This would help with the skill/support gem level management.
Thanks,

in the stress test i have found everything good besides the fact that theres not enough that comes with levelling up.

30. Add another way to respec aside from quests and orbs of regret.

I don't think this is likely. Paying for respecs in the cash shop would be Pay2Win, and GGG has stated that they hate offering full respecs because they want you to feel some permanence to your choices. That said, with the help of trade, it shouldn't take all that long to farm enough orbs of regret to fundamentally alter your build.

This sticks out by a mile for me - Going from WoW (Freely respec via ingame currency) to Diablo 3 (Respec on a whim, with no true penalty or cost) to Allods Online (Have to pay with actual money to respec) to a middle ground in PoE is frustrating.

Part of the fun of any game is the ability to respec for the purposes of both experimentation and general enjoyment of your character.

Having 'some degree of permenance' seems like a cop'out to stick with the in-place system - Permenance of your character is simply not enticing at all - Systems like this encourage making multiple characters of the same type, much like Diablo 2 had before they actually incorporated a respec system - People had to level multiple characters of the same class to actually enjoy the other spec possibilities.

It's nice that we have some leeway for respeccing, but having to farm and grind to do it simply isn't fun in any way at all when you want to experiment or if you realise you've simply made a build that is completely unviable or unfavourable.

This may not be a shared opinion, but it's certainly my own - I'm sick and tired of games having restrictions on something as plain and simple as 'altering' your character.

If you have to pay to add animations, colours and different looks/styles, but not respecs, then at least ease the requirements for changing ones abilities.

If it were me I'd take it as follow:

Diablo 3 simply removed all beneficial buffs from your character (+Magic Find), as well as added a long cooldown if you were outside of town during a change.

For PoE, which doesn't seem to have these traits thus far, why not simply add an in-game timer to restrict the amount of respecs a character can perform within, say, a days time.

One look at PoE's passive page and you've got this immensely daunting MASSIVE pile of options to choose and seeing as full-respec during the beta seemed absolutely impossible, this makes people 'fear' the level up page - There's nothing worse than having to sit there staring at the page for ages trying to make absolutely sure you're next point is well spent and there to be a cost on simply changing 'a few' passives, rather than at least allowing you to change the majority (Preferably the entirety).

If people decide to take a different route knowing full well they have to farm to do it, that's not going to be very fun or interesting for anyone who isn't loaded.

HC PROTECTION suggestions

Is there any chance you can add protections for the characters if your services goes offline, or myself disconnects?

Like, if the server can flag the character and give it immortality for X seconds and port it to town or just remove it from the current game if it seems to stop answering to the server.

Just.. anything that can protect the HC characters from dying due to disconnects, errors, etc.

I don't know if this is possible, but it's an idea.

There's nothing more frustrating than dying due to disconnects/errors in such games.
