[Camera] It's too close!
" You totally nailed it sir, what we were discussing here. So +1. I hope they put this, to the priority list. And to lower tha angle for 1 degree would be perfect. GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. You have combined every element of all other great Rpg's and joined them together as one Diamond, that will shine Forever. " Exactly what I was thinking. |

" I think the best way to resolve that is to add an alternate/minimalist HUD. Computer specifications:
Windows 10 Pro x64 | AMD Ryzen 5800X3D | ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero (WiFi) Motherboard | 16GB 3600MHz RAM | MSI Geforce 1070Ti Gamer | Corsair AX 760watt PSU | Samsung 860 Pro 512GB SSD & WD Black FZEX HDD |

I agree that current HUD makes fighting southern monsters more difficult and there might be a need for some work to be done, but I disagree on zooming out - even in current conditions melee chars are a lot weaker and slower in terms of clearing out areas. Giving ranged casters / shooters bigger field of view only means this difference will become even bigger...

So True ! +1

" I'm just imagining goatmen bleeting in Texan accents... But in all seriousness, don't necro this thread, please. It's a dead issue. If you want to suggest UI changes, that's a separate thread, but the issue of the camera is not budging simply for the reasons that Chris made very clear in his post MONTHS ago. |

Southern monsters (Jumping Goatmen, Charging Rhoa Carcasses, Bosses with Reflect with Texan drawls) can be quite troublesome to notice due to the UI / Angle.
From the North though they're more easily spotted and handled. Wouldn't mind having one extra zoom-out or the option to minimize / move certain parts of the UI, Alexis *smiles* =@[.]@= boggled =~[.]^= naughty wink Last edited by Kwonryu#3444 on Feb 23, 2013, 9:46:26 AM
