[Camera] It's too close!
" The only way I could see it still being a problem is if you are gaming on an old 4:3 monitor. Because of how the widescreen scaling works, it can make things look zoomed in when not playing in widescreen. "I would have listened... I would have understood!" - Scion
Have you removed Asus ROG/GameFirst yet? |

" He's right about that, it's about 0.1% more than D3. More camera angles would be nice. |
|
" This +1, a slight camera angle fix would still be nice, i think it's too much from bird perspective. Don't know how far they can go with this variations. Maybe GGG can make some small camera tests and record the testing, than showing to public which camera angle and zoom out is better in combination. Best regards, Fary :) GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. You have combined every element of all other great Rpg's and joined them together as one Diamond, that will shine Forever. Well, I was excited for this game.
Get in, horrible camera. 4:3 screen. I'm not going to play with black bars. Its unbearably small compared to any other ARPGs and it feels awful. Well, that adventure didn't last long. Pisses me off even more when I heard they have no intention to change the vertical distance. So what, I just shove this game out because I don't have a widescreen? This really annoys me. I'll simply not play until this is changed if it ever is. I sure as hell won't get a widescreen just to see something. |

Present area of view makes ranger close combat unit. When enemy has jump ability its almost impossible to counter/dodge. Res change resulting in scaling screen not inncrease AoV.
Polish people aren't so bad at all :D

While I have no problem playing as it is now, I too would like the be able to zoom out a bit more.

" I think they have optimized it, for the current frame-rate. But could see improvements in the future. GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. I like it as is, I have 0 issues with it. I like that enemies can engage from off screen and attack me without them being visible. I just have to follow the direction there attack came from and hunt them down. It greatly adds to the atmosphere.
I do not get headaches or nausea either, those that do probably should see a doctor before playing video games like almost every video game manual recommends these days. Those that are affected by it are likely just a loud minority that are accidentally deluding themselves in to thinking they are a greater number of people with the issue then there actually is. And besides, increasing the ability to Zoom Out will just make the game more laggy (Connection to the server lag, not PC performance lag) to play with the increase in network load caused by it. It also increases server costs for GGG. It seems to be that a lot of people have 4:3 ratio so i think that a fix making a game look good and not so huge on such ratio is necessary and would be greatly appreciated. I hope that developers would pay attention to it ASAP
