do multiple degen bears DOT stack?

what affects the bears dmg other than vulnerability and shock stacks?

Degen bears don't stack, also they're degen is chaos damage so there is no other way to increase it unlike the burning miscreation's. I assume culling strike only works on the melee hits.

This thread has confirmed that increased minion damage does not affect burning miscreations http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/478422. I assume that the same applies to the more damage applied by remote mine and how it interacts with degen bear. This thread has also confirmed that increased aoe works with burning miscreations so the same might apply to degen bear. Ofcourse the information from that thread may be false.

just a guess, but i would think that increased aoe would not work with degen bear as it is not a casted spell but an aura. talent passives like leadership (inc aura radius) might increase the aoe size but not the dmg of degen bear.

I think you may be right MrButters. The increased aoe gem works on burning miscreation but most likely does not work with degen bear. 2 degen bears or miscreations don't stack but 1 of each will.

Is there a way to scale up the hp and damage of the Lunaris zombie-summoners? I mean, normally linking GMP endows the spectre with GMP; does linking minion life make the minion spells they cast raise minions with additional life and so on?

Just wondering, since I randomly raised one the other day and he started summoning zombies all over the place.

It's extremely powerful to run 3 degen bears from waterfall cave 1, isn't it? Over all other spectres? I was under the impression that the chaos dmg aura they do, is life based %, so if you have at least 2 of them, wouldnt the bears just melt everything for you, and be tanky as well? Also, does culling strike work with them? or is anyone aware of the best supports to give the bears?

this question is unknown , a good one indeed . since all what i read so far from GGG every supp spectre linked to RS will boost EVERY skill of the spectre. but this is rly hard to find out. would love to add some infos to the zombie summoners , do u have some good hints?

no the bears are not % base dmg. and as some others mentioned they will NOT stack.

the support gem increased AOE does not make a difference between Spells , Attacks (melee ranged) , Auras it only works with the gem when there is AOE as well.
think about ur spectre like a "skill gem" the bears would have "Attack , AoE , Chaos , Aura"
so clear answer Incr AOE work definitly

im finally in map stage again :)
and will add up some more map information especially for indoor maps.

im still in searching of a multi strike gem on hardcore league for testing some spectre setups.

and there is only 1 way to boost BM dmg , without support gems for the BM itself.
A blackguard mage with Incr Crit Chance and Ele Prof.
