yes i can observe they never crit . so incr crit would be not so much needed
but added fire and chance to ignite works pretty good . whole packs are burning and u only need 1 for this :) still their defensive ability is the most important thing with them. from the dmg they cant compare to some other mobs - EVEN AFTER THEY TOOK OUT THAT BM's COULD STACK ARGGG ____________________meelee variation ____________ 1. Animate weapon with lvl 20 has itemlvl 75 , so we need at least a +2 to minion helm and we can get the itemlevel to 81. 30 seconds duration no restriction of nummers of weapons - only the loot which drops. cast on white weapons usefull on this only because it gets ~ 250% increased physical dmg which would be a EPIC rare melee weapon. gems which are needed definitly 1. Animate Weapon 2. Incr Duration x. added ele/chaos dmg x. Faster Atks/multistrike / melee splash x. Minion Speed ? x. Minion DMG , remote mine , with the incr duration skill points they last (from the skill post) 46 seconds. thats not much but i think i can feel a dmg output from a animated 2hander at a rare mob Animate Guardian i read only bad things about them. maybe with a little love we can find a nice setup , since he stays after logout we skip incr duration , but i dont know the real purpose of the guardian :) is it a DD or Tank ? 1 Animate Guardian 2. Monster skill costs and mana pools now increase proportional to their level in a more natural way. - the flame sentis sometimes stop casting maybe OOM , i ll check mana leech on caster mobs -Grapplers will now discharge when they have any kind of Charge, not just Power Charges. will be added soon to spectres Frenzy Apes 1. Raise spectre Stats Time to get: akt 2 crossroads Attack/Spell : melee Behaviour : cast Frenzy to all allys can be very helpfull to alot of minions. Survivability : medium Attack/Cast Speed : Utility Dmage Output: very low , just for utility for other spectres Curses : warlords mark Support Auras : xxx vit /purity - what the spectre needs most Minion Speed : slow Description / Info / Personal Feeling they cast a frenzy buff to the allies, since the buffs needs all of his mana he ll cast alot more with Blood magic in it. grappler , flicker discharge guys 1. Raise spectre x power charge on crit x endurance charge on melee stun x life leech x incr crit strikes x somth for their meelee to stun the enemy. Stats Time to get: 2-4 mins , akt 3 sewers , warehouse , Attack/Spell : melee / discharge spell Behaviour : very aggresive , flickers to enemy to die soon Survivability : medium Attack/Cast Speed : low attack , discharge cast Dmage Output: unknow not yet tested Curses : warlords mark for endurance charges and life leech Support Auras : xxx vit /purity - what the spectre needs most Minion Speed : very high cuz of flicker Description / Info / Personal Feeling they flicker in melee range and make melee atks , as soon as they have a charge they ll discharge which is very powerfull. now we have to get him alot charges Witch : HaleJesus LVL 82 Arc Summoner

most troublesome mob for summoners :
Piety : cold arrow , lighting ball , lighting storm. Dominus & company : whirlwind guy , Area DOT Avian Retch - the imperial gargends Resist Cold Consume Corpses Vomit Corpses dunno the dmg so far , it seem they make physical , they have a good dmg output BUT very less hp , and must eat a corpse before they shoot. 1 corpse is 3 bullets projectile based BM - after 1.0 MATT C Setup 1- Raise Spectre 2- Increased Burning Damage 3- Minion Life 4- Minion Res 5- Increase AOE 6- Minion Speed Suicigobo setup 1- Raise spectre 2- Increased burning damage 3- Increased minion life 4- Increased minion and totem elemental resistance 5- Increased Area of effect I run a 4 link which is surely viable. A 5-link will greatly help tho Baalat My setup (5L) is: BM: 1- RS 2- Increased AOE 3- Multistrike 4- Life Leech 5- Inc burning dmg 6- (minion life waiting for 6L) HaleBopp / HaleJesus ingame Setup 4 Link atm Blue Blue Red Red 1- RS 2- Incr Burn 3- Minion Life 4- Life Leech 5- faster atk 6- xxx unknown terror meelee splash for more LL , I Need to test their Meelee survivability but lacking a 5 link. would LOOOOVE to buy one in HC , evasion energy shield +mana , the lvl 71 1. Faster Atks/minion speed Green / blue i try to figure out a piety setup and / or a faster clearing setup. After last patch Burned Miscreations become good spectres again.
Raise Spectre + Remote mine + Minion life + Ele Resists + Increased AOE. Need 6L them with Increased Burning Damage or Concentrated Effect. Guess it will be OP. |

i all add a 1.0.2 update when all the gems for BMs

So minion damage gem and nodes increase BM aura dps now, what about concentrated effect?
2nd question, is Q flammability worth it? i'm not sure the dps / tick of BM aura and it really wouldn't get to do much more damage even if ignited. because they die so fast. Edit: tested for hours using fraps to confrim myself the new patch affecting these gems., hard to tell because he dies so quick and i have to account for 'melee' hits, i had to run each setup until he had the same amount of melee hits, it freaking to forever. Used lv 33 BM on cruel hillock, the follow DID increase dps of aura Minion Life Minion Damage Concentrated Effect Increased Burning Damage Minion life nodes and Minion Damage nodes, i removed 2 dps nodes (30%) dps for one test and two life nodes (20%) life for another, and the difference so was small i can't conclude the nodes increased the aura damage. But i can 'assume' it did because the min damage and min life gems substantially increased aura DPS. I can't imagine the aura only getting an increase from gems and not nodes. If the nodes did not increase dps and you wanted to save nodes, this would be valuable information as it could be used for more ES / resists / zealots / perma curses ect. conc effect and increased aoe did not seem to change aura radius, but i will test this further. I used screenshots of exactly when hillock lit up and they seemed to be the same distance. will test it while running around areas packed with mobbs to see if i can tell. Anyone else want to help test? still missing if aura radius is actualy changed, and if nodes both life and damage increase aura dps, i assume they do, hillock died 1s faster with the two tests.
