Does being frozen make the player or monster unable to evade/block attacks or not?

Monsters and Players can block and evade while frozen or stunned. They CAN'T**(fixed) move or use skills. They can use Flasks.

if convert goes over 100%, equip based converting gets proportionality reduced to enable skill to have full convert.

so like 50% fire and 50% cold somehow happened and used light arrow which is 50%, then the fire and cold converts are now 25% each.

I see, thanks. But my feeling is that frozen monsters die slightly faster and get critically hit more often - just a feeling I guess :)

I know the itemlevel of an item is crucial for the number of sockets it can get. My question is, does the itemlevel affect the number of links? I want to know if I need to burn though more Orbs of Fusings on average to get 4 links on a low ilvl 4 slot item than with a high ilvl 4 slot item. Thanks!

If your item have 4 sockets they can be linked with the same chance, whatever is the ilvl.

I'm not sure because you can use a quiver. But something I KNOW is that two handed passives on the tree don't affect bows because they all say 'increase ______ with two-handed melee weapons'

The Leech support gems leech off any damage dealt. Item modifiers only leech off Physical damage dealt.

Keyword there is "dealt". Converted damage is not Physical any more, so Item leech doesn't work.
Same goes for the Cold to Fire dealio. It's not Cold damage, so it doesn't count. For a pure-Cold spell, it's not that big a deal though.

Ahhh I see now, after realizing the keyword 'dealt' it makes perfect sense, I'm still unsure about converted damage over 100% though, could you shed any light on that? for a quick EX.

Cold Damage Conversion- Total Physical damage converted, 65%

Hrimsorrow Gloves: 25%
Ice Shot: 40%

Fire Damage Conversion- Total Physical damage converted, 50%

Blackgleam Quiver 50%

Total Elemental Damage converted from Physical, 115%

Now if you deal 100 damage, are you dealing 115 damage, 65 of which is cold damage and 50 of which is fire damage?

I think I've seen that somewhere, hrimsorrow and blackgleam would go first as they modify your normal attack so out of that starting 100 damage you will deal 25 physical, 25 cold and 50 fire.

Then by using ice shot it will deal 40% of that 25 physical as cold so the final result will be 15 physical, 35 cold and 50 fire.

Not a 100% percent sure about this but it makes sense, the other interpretation might be too open for exploit if they add more uniques that convert damage, as they probably will.

All the non-skill conversion is scaled down equally until only 100% total is being converted.

Ice shot will go first. 40%.
Then the rest, Hrimsorrow and Blackgem, is scaled down to fit in that 60%. Blackgem will become 40%; while Hrimsorrow will become 20%.

Do you have fire/lightning damage? Because if you have, when you freeze the monster (from crit), you also shock/burn them. That might be the reason why they die faster and get crit more often, as status effect < 300ms is ignored.
