i cant see mings heart in the unique item balance part of the patchnotes, but i feel the reduced maximum life part of it should be adjusted since it now effectively negates approximately 3 life nodes compared to the approx. 2 in 1.1.5. 15% reduced max life are a bit harsh with the life balance changes.
