Having people that do not desperately want uber gear would be bad for... trading. Bliz even did it openly, they made items the only thing that defines your char, everything else can be changed in a few clicks. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

stage 2 bosses is easy if you figure it out of their skill. Look out for the black smoke and blood when they die or cast, avoid that.
