It is pretty stupid when the 'bosses' in the new areas make dom, an END GAME BOSS, look like a wimp. that flicker strike spider...wow...saw it mow entire parties down within seconds. Major difference between 'challenge' and suicide.

Can someone explain how the mechanics of the pieces actually work?

From what I can see two clues are essential to the fight:

Don't let too many adds sacrifice to her phase when she stands in the middle. Most likely this will buff her damage or debuff you in some way.
Could also be a one shot nuke mechanic if too many adds are sacrificed to her.

If she splits into multiple copies, don't attack the wrong one or suffer insane reflect damage as consequence.

Other than that since the flame blasts can't be interrupted be quick on your feet maybe leap slam, whirling blades or sth similar is essential to dodge her red herring attacks.

Remember. She's doing 7k damage. That guy has a legacy kaom's and is ALMOST getting 1-shot.

Damn she looks hard. I will try to fight her... one day... but it's going to be a long ass time before then.

with 77% fire resist.

that 7k with 79% fire res +purity of fire would be cut down to 5.1k
if he used saff's instead of aegis (i will even use the nerfed version) it would be 3.9k
for the lols, usisng all the above while under flask would be 900 damage.

I have a modified solution combined with some of the thoughts above --

Team - 2 summoner, 2 general caster, 2 SA/Frenzy archer

Summoner - bring 4-5 evangelist spectres, stand at one point and don't move. Can use other skills like Desecrate/Detonate Dead to help group clearing.

Caster - cast Frost Wall around the group. Wall should have no leakage. Can use other skills like Firetrap to help clearing(not recommended). Summoner and Caster role could be the same person, in this way there would be more damage dealers, or simply bring 3-4 summoners :)

Ranger - deal damage to queen and minions.


Mechanism - all members of the group stay at one point, protected within evangelists' bubbles. Each evangelist's bubble has an "on" time and an "off" time, with a large number of evangelists theoretically the "off" chance of all of them is very unlikely. Frost Walls prevent evangelists from dissipate into space, and prevent queen from entering bubbles.

With this setup no gear requirements are needed. Difficulty lies in the formation phase of this invincible defensive matrix.
