Godmode Build

Yes, people are missing out that the Tabula Rasa is just temporary...can be replaced with a high ES 6L chest for the same effect and the resultant ES would probably end up being about 4Kish.

Discipline is pretty hard to add to this build, even with the removal of Tempest Shield...

I think you are right. It might be possible with Alpha'w howl(and the 8% less reservation),instead of an elemental aura,u can choose before the map which, since 82% res(92%) with flasks will still be pretty high, and with all these buffs and alpas, discipline will give over 600 flat ES,which is basically an extra godly ES shield.DUnno,it needs experimentation i guess

I added Discipline, ES is now at 3K. Got rid of block and tempest shield since it isn't really necessary we think.
for such a build i would go like:

obviously 116 points is A LOT, but even at ~100 points (min i could make it "work") i believe it would be viable, last 15 or so points are only damage after all.

+103% effect on auras would give lvl20 purities +8% max, +2 adaption, +5% saffell's = 90% so no need for flask nodes

alpha's howl+passives gives us 13% mana reserved for the 40% auras and 20% for the 60%.

adding discipline+3 purities would let us down to 41% max mana.

discipline alone should give us ~2.2k ES, a medium es chest (600) would give another ~2400, 200 or so from saffell's, so min 5k ES as i see it with a lot of leech due to BR+GR.

that leaves enough space for another 60% aura (probably hatred)+clarity to spam our skill.

with a 5l ES chest would probably go like coc-st-ic-critdamage-more physical and 6l -more physical on full life

maligaro's+romira's+alpha's+saffel+voll's devotion+ high pdps crit dagger+ ES chest+ whatever boots/ring/belt

Its funny that a lot of people came to the same conclusions about an "immortal" build but no one ever posts them for fear of nerf.

IMO the build won't be nerfed simply because you do lose a lot of potential DPS and it takes a lot of micromanaging/crit luck to maintain the buffs/flasks.

Basically it's an interesting thought experiment but it will never be vastly popular so i wouldn't worry about it getting nerfed

+it requires at least 4 expensive items, one of the legacy (at least my own version: 5/6l ES chest, romira's, voll's devo, high crit pdps dagger)
+ it's called a "godmode" and yet some map mods make it unplayable.

Maybe it should be called "goodmode", eh.
-max res (which is fairly common) would be brutal (but not unplayable, you still have 5k es and up to 70%-80% resists in -max esist maps) as well as bloodmagic would be unplayable (which is tottaly stupid) would indeed make it unplayable.

i can't think of any other mods it couldn't run though:

it doesn't "require" regen, it can much more easily overcap the resists due to the +80%all res from the 3 purities, extra damage and extra elemental damage doesn't bother it, vuln and the rest of the curses don't bother it (more than any other build that is, temp chains would still be annoying), grounds don't bother it, etc.

the REAL problem would be... devourers:

this build requires you to hit to keep low duration IC up. A group of devourers popping up from nowhere could obliterate your 5k ES before you even start hitting for the IC to cast since you have no other form of physical reduction

i think any build with a mirrored weapon + high dps is more godmode than this micromanaging shit. gl tho.

Immortal Call has a 0.5 second cooldown which only starts after its duration is over.

Not sure if it has a cast time as well with cast on crit.

can you tell me where you got that information from? havent found anything in "Skill feedback" or on the poe wiki.

It's on the gem.

the cd starts right away. I just looked. don't know where you get it starting after the duration is over from
Vaal immortal call is making for easy godmode
