" Evasion is probably the strongest defensive option at the moment, when combined with sufficient life. There's now a lot more life in the dexterity part of the tree. " They're still available on a lot of slots, and it's important that the slots have personality. Having it available on so many was an oversight! " Having additional players around already doesn't benefit maps dropping (they're ignored for map drops). " This is addressed for a lot of Act One in this patch (see patch notes). Please let me know if you're happy with the degree of randomisation in those areas now. " Good question, I'll check on Monday! " Late next week or early the week after. It says that in the original post :) " Yes, it says that all passives are reset in the patch notes :) | |

I'm also playing an EA/pierce build. But as it's nerfed with pierce, it may be a huge gain on the other side :
" If i understand correctly, it's a huge boost on dungeons and closed area. I still wonder if we'll be able to target the ground and use it like poison arrow. Can't wait ! |

I really like that, in the screenshot, that the items are not all covered with those blue, green and red sockets. I really don't like how it clusters all over the item to the point where you cant even see the image of said item. It's all looking very nice.

" Strongly object. IIQ and IIR *are* the endgame, absolutely no reason to stop it from spawning on shields, weapons, and chest armor. If you can find good enough gear that lets you run it in every slot, more power to you. Its not like drops even with high iiq/iir are so amazing as to warrant a nerf here. " Also object somewhat, this ruins Righteous Fire builds focused around regenerating life by stealing ~1.2% from their total life regen. I can understand if you think individual life regen passives are too strong (although surely the 0.5% passives are not the culprits here?). I don't mind nerfing Golem's Blood *if* another 0.5% life regen passive is added to the tree to compensate - so you can get the same effect with more investment. Strongly object to 0.5% passives being reduced. This is an interesting niche build you're destroying with these changes, and certainly the most interesting build which makes use of RF. I'd like to see the build remain viable after any changes to the life regen passives (and yes, that build *needs* every single drop of life regen it can get off the tree at present). " Wow...this was the one thing I did that made my build feel distinct. I don't even know if I dare to try the new, nerfed EA now. We get a passive reset, and I am scared to rebuild my character the same way if it is just going to suck. How can I try it without risking breaking my toon? |

" TIL - Chris can predict the future. He probably gave up a lucrative job in the psychic business to make this game. " ... to let them know the game isn’t going to be very fair from here on out."
