" I didn't lose that respect because of the change they made. I lost it because they made that change to satisfy people whose only concern is to make the game less fun for people who actually play in the according leagues. If the majority of players wants the game to be different than i do, that's something i might not be happy about but i can live with. If just a minority of trolls tries to prevent any change that could make the game more fun for players who are not as hardcore as themselves (and therefore are not even playing in a hardcore league) and GGG considers this trolling as real feedback and acts upon it, that's just a slap in the face of anyone who has been trying to voice his opinion on this topic while being constantly attacked and insulted by those same people that GGG now decided have a more valuable opinion than the people who actually play in non-hardcore leagues. Besides that, until today i had the greatest respect for GGG that i ever had for any software developer. Now that i lost some of it, i still think they're doing a decent job but i just don't think that the way they treat those things is on a level far above everyone else, anymore. |

I play on Anarchy league atm and I go absolutely ape-shit when I die and lose 15% XP. HOWEVER, I still think it should stay at 15%. Far from everyone is happy with the reduction to 10% and I really hope they don't reduce it further.

I liked 5 - 10 XP penalty changes. Other news also seems nice. Thanks for your efforts.

Suggestion - allow /join chat "name" - you could simply hash the name to a number behind the scenes. Why? A "trading gems" channel is easier to remember and share than "45653".
But overall, this as awesome. It'll be nice to not have an interesting conversation make me stop playing. :-) |
