With this shield and that passive allocated, your army gives you and each other charges for hits and kills. Without the passive it's up to you to generate the hits and kills, which is not really happening for this build.
hey, with abyss jewels available this league, is it worth getting an abyss belt with an abyss jewel over any other belt the build recommends?
If so, what mods am i looking for for the belt and the jewel?

ok so, this build can do ele reflect maps, but u have to take it some what slow and keep an eye on ur spectres.
i may drop the worm ring and the neck for rare ones, i get chunked so hard by mobs its insane, even with 4.5k life and almost 2k Mana and capped res i get hit so god damn hard. the dmg is more than fine so ill most likely drop the ring unique and neck for rares with more life and stuff and maybe get some more defense.
The OP doesnt talk about running MoM in the final version of the tree, but I see a lot of people here running it. What is the general consensus?

First time using Raise Spectre and I'm not still not sure how the level scaling mechanics work. Currently running around Tier 11's without too much trouble. Currently, I have a lvl 19 desecrate. Can I just go into any tier 15, desecrate, and raise level 81 Solar Guards? Or do I have to go to a map where it has tier 15 Solar Guards naturally or modded in? And if I do need to go to a map where there's naturally/modded guards, can I use desecrate then and raise the GS from it? Or will my current SGs taint the SG pool forcing me to unsummon them before going into the map?

Also, Will they always be called "solar guards"? Or are there other named enemies that are solar guards but not named?

You can run MoM, if you want. I choose not to because it interrupted my shield charging if I were to get hit and my mana would be drained.

Spectre do not scale down so you can technically raise high level spectre from a T17 shaper realm and have the same power going into a T11 map for example. You can easily achieve this by having a lvl 18 desecrate inside a +2minion helm or +1 minion helm(for lvl 19 desecrate). Once you have solar guards from the campaign the spectre should now be saved in your desecrate "pool". Simply go to the highest level area u have access to and desecrate for higher level solar guards.

Not exactly sure what your going on about "tainting" the pool lol? Your thinking too hard. Solar Guard is a base type monster. Raise spectre can only raise the white version of mobs.

This is just my general opinion. I've been following this build/thread since day 1 of the Abyss league and have made changes several times depending on the information provided by this thread. I have played both Matt and Sarah's build variations, and these are my opinions on it.

I started off with Matt's build, and I used specters at 28 because I love using my build the minute can no matter how viable it is, but once you get GMP at 38 and Hearlds at Act 5 the game becomes a joke. I was running PoE/Haste or Anger/Haste depending on gear. My build had close to 6k life and 1k ES before I made my first big switch.

My build with the Amulet/Ring combo Sarah suggested makes me laugh at the toughness of my old build. I currently have 4.5k Life 1k ES and 1.8k Mana. The difference in survive ability is very noticeably even though the stats don't really show it. It hurts not having that 600+ Life gen I had going on (had the life regen amulet), but I still have 350 or so and with a mana/life flask acting as healing and absorbing damage into mana, it is insane regen. I have done All T1-14 Maps, I only re-roll Elemental Reflect mod, damage mods mean nothing cause stuff just dies, same for life mods. No Regen mod sucks, but cause I have a huge life/mana pool, 2 life flasks and 1 mana, I never run out or feel scared on that either.

I have had 6.5k life builds feel a lot squishier than I do right now. That amulet with the correct corrupted mod is just insane. My profile is public, but it is just a mimic of Sarah's. My jewels are worse (max life 30+, 6% Cast, Flat Fire/anything damage) these cost maybe 1-5c each at most? I still haven't bought/used a Scourge cause even at T15 maps, Yellow Elder, and Uber Izzy I'm still just ripping bosses before they can really get into anything mechanic wise.

I've watched the price of the scourge go from 1ex to 40c since I've been farming. I've easily made over 20Ex already, best league for me hand down. Got my 6L chest, cost 11ex first week. Got 7+ Ex just looking at me in stash, 15+ Offerings for Lab runs who knows what I might get from those, made a decent amount from enchants already. Going to have plenty of cash for a 2nd character easy this league because of this build.

I'm at 140/157 Maps, about to finish that soon and take down Guardians/Shaper/Red Elder. This is the first build I've pushed this hard, and felt so strong before next to my Marauder AW Totem build, but he was no where near this speed when it came to farming currency maps or bosses.

I just want to say amazing job with the build Matt and Thank you to Sarah for all the testing and supportive information during this league. It has helped pushed this build to amazing levels for me.
