{3.2.0} Spectral Gods: [Life Based Spectre/Golem Hybrid Summoner | Clear Speed | End Game Bossing]

Dear Brainssss,

i think you were one of the best summoners, but your update leaves me astonished:
- no minion damege nodes
- no minion items
- no spectres
- no skele
...just zombies as a meatshield

isn't it better to choose a good armor and go fire or something else?
In your great experience do you think a true summoner build will still be available in 1.2?

Thank you a lot for your great job that i followed a lot and I hope to see a true viable Spectral Gods build instead of Empower Gods

Unless spectres are changed to somehow make resummoning possible (highly doubtful) they will become less and less viable as the game progresses (as the bosses become more and more capable of killing them) - it is just to annoying to resummon. And with snapshot removal approaching bad design of sumoner uniques has been revealed (the drawback is just far to big, comparable to trash uniques like marlene's for a very minimal gain, often they have double teh drawback - for both minions and the summoner).

SRS is just too strong. Zombies are still very viable, but they are weaker than SRS. Skellies are laughably weak - only vaal skellies are usable and even they are more of a lag fest than help.

Too bad though as SRS is more of a spellcaster than a summoner. In fact SRS gameplay is very similar to arc caster gameplay, even in setup with overlevelling the skill. You just spam the skill without worrying about targeting and kite the monsters.

I know there are a lot of people looking for more of a "traditional" summoner approach. But if you been around POE this year GGG was slowly phasing that out with numerous amount of nerfs. I mean spectre + zombie is still viable. You'll just need to wear a Ullr and grab the +1spectre node. Drop all your buffs like vaal haste, flesh offering, curse in exchange for a 4linked spectre. And that doesn't sound like a good exchange just to be able to access a skill gem that does poorly against end game bosses =).

I don't think you should be so surprised lol. I have always adapted the build to the current "meta" or whatever works the best after things have been nerfed/buffed.

- minion don't need many minion damage nodes to succeed(I grabbed all of the ones within reach). They just need support gems + lvls
- No more snapshotting, summoner unique remaining the same = not as viable as rare/other unique
- The lack of skillslots pretty much forced every summoner to give up on a lot of things and focus on the necessities. Skele has always been pretty bad and spectre is still very viable there is just not enough slots
- Zombies are not just tanks, They are now disposable aoe dpser's that you can now resummon any time you want

This build to me at least feels much stronger now that I reworked it with resummoning in mind.

Hope you got some alts saved if your still gonna use seething animation flasks, since Divine flasks completely replace Hallowed ones now.
I don't think seething animation flasks are needed now, at least not all 5 slots unless one wants to run a spectre build, but it clearly loses to SRS in everything and to zombies in convenience. So it will not make too huge of a dent in our wealth.

Animation flasks are no longer needed in the build. Everything can be re-summoned anytime u want.

Although I read somewhere that life recovery works on seething flasks so that will make your character ultra tanky spamming those wonderful instant life flasks.

Could start to mix it up with quicksilvers for faster clear combined with vaal haste for speedy runs. Or elemental res flasks for boss tanking.

Am thinking one more 4% reservation node won't really make an major impact anymore on 3 aura + clarity.

- 153% life
- 1.26* multiplier for arctic armor
- grabbed all of the minion damage and minion speed nodes on the tree

I really want to use this build for the scion because i think your summoner build is the best one.I seen your new build,it had more damage.But scion can't make this build easily because scion need more point to make this build.Hopefully you may make a new passive tree for scion plz.

As expected , SRS has been nerfed...

I will go low life with blood magic for shitload of auras boosted by generosity ( yes it works for allies ) and classic zombies+spectre. Maybe with Montegruls Grasp.
