Hey, I saw your video and it was quite helpful and i'm using a very similar build. I want to ask, is it a good idea to grab a tabula rasa instead of a 5 link and get a chest piece that is a 4-link or 3-link instead but with good stats to save currency, or do you think that the minion snap shotting will be nerfed?

I remember GGG mentioning this is an unintended mechanic. So enjoy it while it lasts xD

Am going to sad when I can't do spectre combos anymore. If they fix it summoners just going to be another boring straight forward non-complex character. The extra links lets you do amazing things.

Yeah, I just don't have much currency so i don't know whether it would be a good idea to either buy the tabula rasa and some non 5-link or just grab a 5-link. Are the tabulas expensive?

Sorry if this has been asked before but is this build viable in nemesis? and is anyone currently using it now in nemesis? hows it working for you?

This build works in hardcore just fine, you just have to be careful while leveling and plan it out. If you watch his new video you will see it is extremely tanky late game.

Don't get too confident in your tankiness and do stupid things thou.

I almost died to a Rhoa in a level 74 map(i had a sliver of hp left it was some scary shit) with 100% extra lightning damage and 35% increased monster damage with -25 max resist.

I really hate those extra damage as X affix with heavy hitting physical mobs =(.

Am going to drop enduring cry and try decoy totem for difficult maps. Avoiding damage is better than mitigating it.

Yep. I have my Spectres linked to Remote Mine > Trap > Conc. So since Raise Spectre is now a "Trap" its getting a 40% damage boost, making Sunblast that more awesome. I plan on trying out some of the Mine and Trap combo nodes later, since they are FAR better than the minion nodes, usually being 18% and one of the notable nodes goes as high as 40%.

That remote mine trap thing with summons is so lame. It is boring as hell, and totally ruins the feeling of a role play. Hey, I'll be a summoner who lays down mine that lays trap that summon a ghost from dead body :S Hope they buff summoning gems.

This, this is why a lot of ppls ask me to use totem to spam undead but I never hear them


I wanna be a real summoner and summon great creatures by my own hands, not something like totem/trap and MI :( (but the sad thing is their trap/totem MI strategy better than my undead in boss fights :( )

Minion damage gems will never be desirable unless they make them ridiculously OP. Pretty much ANY other support gem is better no matter what for Zombies/Specters/Skeletons.
