Yeah I did notice this. I linked slower projectiles to test and I think they are alternating now.

Am still not a fan of projectile based spectres because of it being projectile based it doesn't work very well in indoor maps and there seems to be a lot of missed projectiles in out door maps as well. Its all a matter of preference but faster casting + flesh offering evangelist pretty much never misses for me since they draw their circle so rapidly. The high map version evangelist chunks my zombies so when I use those as spectre they pretty much destroy anything lol.

"More" dmg effects doesn't multiply with each other...

So it works like 2.8(tree+dual bargains+amy)*(1+0.49(mine)+0.34(trap)+0.69(conc))=7.06
Or:(2.8+0.92)*(1.49+0.69)=8.11
Better. Tested it with sentinels today=no real difference)
I still wonder-why? Why evangelists? In close maps like academy they're like others. Always somewhere else, but not there where you need them. But they kill everything a way longer.

But it does. There is no point in differentiating between additional and more if it didn't.

Here is an example from poe wiki

100 + (100 * .15) + (100 * .15), or 100 * (1 + .15 + .15) = 130 life

Now I equip an item that gives +40 life, and choose a passive skill that grants +20 life. The integer bonuses are applied first, so I end up with
(100 + 40 + 20) * (1 + .15 + .15) = 160 * 1.3 = 208 life

Now I choose two passive skills that gives "10% more Maximum Life". These are multiplicative, so they are applied separately.
(100 + 40 + 20) * (1 + .15 + .15) * 1.10 * 1.10 = 251.68 life

Note that if they were additive, the result would be
(100 + 40 + 20) * (1 + .15 + .15 + .1 + .1) = 240 life

I suppose its again a matter of preference. I like how hatred works on them oppose to sentinels, and Titty-bitches need lmp/gmp to cover aoe effectively, and those are less multipliers. At the end of the day the difference is quite minimal maybe 1 second or so. I was never a fan of projectile based spectre I was running BM's till the day they nerfed them.

I can list a couple features the evangelist has and why i prefer them

- easy access to 67 version, next next to wp
- defensive proximity shield
- deals physical spell (cannot be dodge and things like +75% fire resistance won't affect their dmg dramatically) mobs have at most 930 armor making physical damage the most effective dmg type as mobs have no mitigation against it.
- 100% physical spell: the conversion to hatred/added fire is way better than titty-bitches 50% physical 50% fire
- damage comes from under the mobs there is no way in hell it can miss on walls
- If your cast speed is fast enough most monsters cannot dodge in time (unless they are the really fast kinds, like snakes)
- Since I single curse vulnerability serves to buff both my spectre and zombies at the same time and I love efficiency
- way less clutter, I use to run sentinels but damn that projectile clutter really annoys me and serves to drop the fps of people I run with if they have lower end specs
- way easier to target invul totem with a dmg type that comes from the ground and can bypass the pack to hit the totem

2.8*1.49*1.34*1.69=9.45
OR
3.72(With min dmg)*1.49*1.69=9.37
Trap is still better!

Same with sentinels:7.94 and 8.25
Tentacles are a bit harder to count, but if they 50\50 phys\fire then still doable

Aout which spectres are better-converting vids now, gonna upload them soon. Just a fast clearing of easy maps. For comparison.

(range) * (2.85) * 1.58 * 1.69 = 9.55

Minion damage
(eva) * (1 + 1.1 + .92 + .6 + .15) * 1.48 * 1.69

(range) * (3.77) * 1.48 * 1.69 = 9.43

Using the formula from poe wiki. Huh, I guess i was calculating wrong, my bad. The difference is really small thou.

This is my assumption: Evangelist prob clears indoor maps faster while projectile based spectre can clear out door ones faster.

If you want to do a real test.

clear the same indoor map with only using spectres x number of times than give the avg
clear the same outdoor map with only using spectres x number of times than give the avg

repeat per spectre

Anyways, don't push your self too hard to prove a point lol =), am not here to waste your time or anything. Even if sentinels/tentacles do indeed clear faster am sure the difference isn't too significant. Maybe a factor of around 10% difference.

I was unlucky with sentinels-Curse Immuna map+fire res mobs, but still faster than evangelists!
Damn titties clear fast. Evangelist won't benefit from anger its probably making a difference.
What was your links for them again? And are those from lunaris?

Retesting tentacles. I guess i had not used them in such a long time i forgot how good they were.

GMP + remote mine + minion damage + faster attack + faster projectile. My trap gem isn't leveled

I wonder if their projectiles pierce its really hard to tell.
