i dont understand how GGG didn't patch snapshotting it is clearly an exploit in the game and people use it like it's suppose to be there i guess ggg doesn't care if people glitch abuse

Let me ask you how does how other people play affect you? To get so worked up to post and angry response it has to really hurt you somehow. No really, how?

When it will be "fixed", it will be "fixed" - that's all there is too it. And probably when it will get "fixed" it'll make getting op spectres even easier. Just look on AG mechanic.

Quite new here, 2 questions:

1, have they REALLY fixed that Dot MF issue? I recall that BM's burning dosent count as "kill" when linked with MF gems.

2, Is there any easier way to get a high lvl BM except rolling a Demon mod map?

He is the knight of justice ofc.

Besides the fact SO many games had any form of precasting some stuff ( D2 goes a long way with the +6 to warcry second slots for barbs, skele precasting or ES precasting).

On a serious side: In the shadow of overtuned LA , Discharge and what not builds it seems still weak what a summoner does for all the stuff he has to prepare. How that can be called "abuse" is the real question xD

Hey guys, I'm playing also the summoner witch and i found some cool boots that do +1 to Zombies and +1 to spectres (no idea how to post the item here^^).


Since I'm rather new to Path of Exile, i was wondering if I can

1. Add more sockels to those boots?

2. Are there also other items that do +1 to Zombies (shield, helmet,...)?

3. Is the Specter really that good, since from what i read (other minions have 50% less dmg, 50% less life) it doesnt sound that compelling...

1. All boots can have up to 4 sockets

3. Spectre at level 1 isn't that good but once u get to a high gem level they are very strong.

okay I thought I understood the snapshotting. I got my chests the way I wanted but I still cant get it to work. And I am at a lost.

How does snapshotting work. I understand the mechcanics. I know that if I raise 1 bm with conc effect and one with IAOE blah blah blah. I have three chests that I have spend a fare deal amount of chroms to get the colors the way I wanted and I still can't get my bms stable when I change chests. Let me explain. I have three chest.




#1 is what I set up my bm's in. Before I changed the colors I have had 4 blues and 1 red linked. The red was in the top right gem slot. I put my spec gem in the bottom left blue, and then move it to #3 chest in the same postion. It works fine. Now I changed it add a green for CoD. Don't ask how many chroms it took...... ANd got #2 chest after it dropped as a white and I crafted it. The colors are the same just reversed from #3 chest. All in the same postion and they all have the same # of links, BUT my Bms are unstable using that bottom left blue in all chests. I did fine that when I use the top left blue in #1 & 3 it works and my bms are stable. WTH. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong and how this work so I don't brake my computer.

The spectre gem has to be in the same slot of the same link in each chest, which is why you have success with chest #1 and #3. As you have it now, you can not use chest #2 with #1 at all because there isn't a blue socket in the same position in the same link.

Socket numbers go like this.

Links have a "numbering" as well starting at socket 1 and progressing with the order of sockets as given above.
