What do you think of the new 0.2 patch?

I don't like the fact that we have no druid but I like the 100 new support gems, new ascendancies, new uniques, and better end game.

The new combat and changes look amazing, excited by end game changes but I am really disappointed how slow changes are happening. Only one new class today, only 3/6 of the existing classes have their 3rd ascendency. No 4th act or even 5 or 6 acts.

ALSO like changes to portal numbers but i need more than one portal to come out to trade at end game or for someone to come out and trade with me!

I sincerely hope the next patch is not in 4 months time otherwise we'll be in Early Access forever!

I'm also confused now do I keep playing on the level 94 hopefully level 95 toon that I love as you are giving me that option or do I start again fresh, not happy about this "change". I'm sure everyone that has given away their gear won't be that happy either.

Definitely worth coming back and enjoy a lot. Playing trade league will be way more fun than 0.1.0 this time around. A lot of insane items to look forward.

But the Q&A is a joke so far. No interesting questions. I am hoping for the patch notes, but i assume that this patch does not feel like 4 months of development.

Dont forget: if they add 1 class every 4 months, the last class would release close to 2027. Adding 100 uniques, 100 support gems etc. looks weird.

Very little of the stuff they revealed matters.

There is still no balance.

You are still going to play current meta build. Your maps are still going to have 1 portal, if you run rare maps. The problems that exist now are still going to exist.

Nothing relevant has changed.


Im not going to play this patch. I'll wait until they add/change something actually relevant.

Of course the Q&A is pointless. The other guy basically just does PR for them and isn’t going to ask a question that would actually bother them.

ALL I care about is them NERFING the fuck out of 90% of the things in POE2.
The game was so badly unbalanced it made me quit months ago. There is no challenge just stacking ES and stats.. its braindead.
People showing off them killing pinnacle bosses within a few hits was so goddamn cringe.. these people dont know what a well balanced game is.

Waiting for patch notes but what I gather from Mark they DID nerf everything hard, just need to wait and see the patch notes now!

Content etc has no meaning when the game is so utterly unbalanced that it made Diablo 4 look EPIC.

Finally POE2 can become great.

WE DO NOT NEED CONTENT, get that out of your heads. POE2 needs super balancing, giga nerfs to nearly everything. Then we can start building POE2 with new content.

Pretty underwhelming compared to what I was hoping for. My biggest complaint is that their "Vision" is pretty much just C&B Torture for the masses, and it seems that they are only going to let up on that by the scantest amount possible.

Also, they don't intend to make any changes to the "crafting" system, so that's probably a show-stopper for me.

I have to agree that it is a bit underwhelming after 4 months of waiting. Only 1 new class and no new acts. A new act would of been really nice. 1 portal per map is GGG still trolling us.

I will come back for 0.2 to play the new class but I am worried at the pace of updates. I wish they would release these things slowly rather than a big patch. Why not have strong boxes earlier? Or add in new ascendancies as soon as they are ready? Even the new skill gems like scepter. I don't like huge patch releases unless its new league with new acts.

Thought it'll be more, that's pretty much it, not too excited but it's fine.
Will be fun after long break.

Hope 3.26 will be a banger
