How about both? Keep Atlas tree but also new system to use atlas points to unlock the slots? So you can have one or the other, or mix of both

Agree, the idea that removing options is good so you can waste more time to do what you want is....as i always say by that logic if you love working 8hours per day you will love working 16 hours even more.

Already had zero interest to login for the ascendancy manipulations, now that interest has gone negative.

so you make 13 new ascendancies and a new mechanic but cant just put it in the format of a league rather then an event?

If you are going to replace this with something why not the map crafting? Buying an extra harbinger for 2c isn't a fun system. Giving us a opportunity to upgrade our atlas after we have all the atlas passives would be cool.

Make them drop in t14+ and keep the atlas tree.

This could be fine for a short event if we hadn't already done this with Heist, Sanctum, Voidstones and sextants before.

It would have been more fun if they were cluster jewels on our atlas tree.

Or replacing our real passive tree with infinite cluster jewel tree. That could have been a real whacky event.

You didn't have to add this, 19 ascendancies was already to much content for a single month. A month will barely allow me to complete a single build. Now I wont be able to even compare to regular PoE since you'll have to drop your divines into these relics.

The idea is pretty good but replacing the atlas is not very good, just use them both, let us experiment with both at the same time.
