Dear OP, stop trying to make GGG make another PoE 1.

PoE 1 is still being updated and fully supported, and a lot of PoE 2's QoL will likely find its way over to that game. PoE 2 is and always has been for the group of people who want a slower more methodical and punishing gameplay loop, not you. Just go play PoE 1.

That does nothing for SSF customers and it does nothing to solve the multitude of problems in the game. The problems here are more than just crafting.

youre doing exactly the same right now, but more tedious. spamming 2000 bases instead of alterations is worse and does the opposite of "making bases matter more" that ggg wants to achieve.
the value of a item bases depends on 2 factors. how rare the base is, and the chance of getting something rly good out of it by crafting.
instead of making bases rare and giving us proper tools to make something rly good out of it, they are showering us in bases and crafting is practicly non existant. item bases couldnt be more useless as right now.

POE1 has not had a league in nearly 9 months. Its not "fully supported" anymore by any stretch of the imagination. It has been all but abandoned. And I am perfectly happy to come here and express my thoughts to GGG and will continue to do so.

You're jumping to some pretty wild conclusions. They literally said that PoE 1 is going to still be supported and they just needed to pull in all hands on deck temporarily for the early access crunch. But hey, I guess we live in a world these days where people ignore all evidence contrary to their clueless headcanon, so go ahead and keep thinking PoE 1 is dead.

Poe2 is an absolute downgrade in every possible way except graphics which are also a downgrade in performance in endgame maps compared to poe1.
What is the creativity here exactly?
We have same item slots, same leagues, most of the skills are the same, limiting supports to 1/skill seems very fun, terrible micro corridor layouts, gear is generally useless, uniques are terrible, builds are very limited.
They can't even fix minion ai FOR ALMOST 2 WHOLE MONTHS.
Like honestly this is such a lazy cash grab at this point i don't think i ever hated a game and its developers more than poe2.
And i was there during diablo 3 launch.
Future is also absolutely bleak, developers can't even admit no one wants to do their horrible 'new' ascendancy trials on a fresh character, and that's just one of the thousands of issues with core mechanics

Yet this is contradictory to actual fact. In actual fact there has been no league for nearly 9 months and just a hint that there MIGHT be a new league in february and no exciting announcement of what will be in it and so on. I expect a perfunctory league, maybe even a rerun of settlers league.
