3 weeks+ waiting, maybe this needs more atention from the players, mayne then they will start to resolve the situation

I haven't heard from them since the 27th of December, the very same day I responded.

These guys ain't gonna get to us anytime soon. Some of the worst customer support I've seen for customers who pay $100 of dollars.

Cap. I'm 99% sure they count a "request fulfilled" as the first email that asks you the exact same details that were in your initial email.

I'm convinced they don't read anything and just spam macros.
Just noticed this happened to me too, but don't know if I should even bother contacting support from what I read here plus the fact that I contacted for a different issue over a month ago and they didn't bother to reply for over a month after asking for some info I provided immediately.

If anything GGG just lost all my trust and support in the future.
