Path of Exile 2 Early Access Keys all of a sudden all "Used: true"?

bump for fellow victim
bump for fellow victim
bump for fellow victims

This is insane, it's going to be 2025 before we actually get what we paid for.
Just putting my 2c in here that I've had the same issue since the 15th. I think it'll be a while as I've had no response to my email I sent on the same day.

Update, I got a cookie cutter email where I don't believe the responder actually read my first email:

"

Hi there,

Thank you for the message. Can you please confirm for us if this is still an issue?

If so, can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name (including the 4-digit discriminator) and the names of a few of your characters?

Can you please also let us know the Steam or Xsolla transaction ID for the purchase made?

Thank you again.

Kind regards,
*******

I already provided the information in the email I sent to them yet they ask me the information again.

I believe this means that they're sending macro'd cookie cutter email responses too.

Which I believe will also be the case for everyone else in this thread.

I'm considering doing a charge-back as I'm not attached to this account anyways and want my money back if I don't get what I paid for.

I got the email response on today on the 1st of January at 9:39PM EST.
I sent my email on December 17th 2024 at 6:34PM EST.

2 weeks just to get an email clearly showing they didn't read the first email. Wow.

I'm kind of just stunned at this.

I got the same exact email 5 days after my initial email. It's been a week since I replied to that email and still no response.

After reading some steam reviews I am starting to see their customer service is severely lacking. This is very disappointing. You'd think with the massive amounts of money they charge for cosmetics the customer service would be top notch. Guess not.

Don't release early accesses games near holiday season is the lesson here.

Gotta love fake customer support!

For all we know it's not even humans spamming that macro, it's AI bots. 🙄
I'm sorry to hear about this experience. We are currently handling a very high volume of inquiries and while we try not to ask for information that's already been provided, we might end up asking for some information you have already provided while we sort your ticket through to the appropriate team members. If this occurs, I am very sorry about any inconvenience and I want to assure you that we do not intend to make you feel like your inquiry is not being considered.

Please reply to that email with the requested information again, as this will allow the appropriate team member who will work to resolve your issue to make sure they are looking at the correct account and have as much information as possible ready to help with the resolution of your issue. Responding to our request for information would not negatively impact your wait time, although we do ask that you do not send multiple emails to us otherwise (for example, creating new email tickets about the same issue will not result in a faster resolution and could result in additional delays by causing further work for our team, and sending multiple replies in one ticket may result in your position in the queue being negatively impacted).

We really appreciate everyone's patience while we work through the backlog. Our team is working as quickly as possible and we'll work with you to resolve any issues as soon as we are able to do so. Thanks again!

I answered to the email within 30 minutes. But sadly a day later there's no answer back.

I feel in 2 weeks I'll get another email asking me back about the same details I just provided.
