Don't be so sure. Most of us have been waiting since the week of December 15th and have yet to get past the initial single cookie cutter repose to our emails.

It's February and well over a month and a half since some of us put in our tickets. Most of my friends who wanted the key no longer have any interest in this game. This is what happens when there is bad management behind companies.
Almost 2 months so far.

Safe to say we all got scammed by GGG at this point.

Feels like it, Almost two months now, still no info on why my access disapeared
Pretty sure the one reply i got, asking for more information, was counted as one of those 500k solved? this is a joke and at this point no trust can ever be given to GGG again
Has anyone actually had any real response yet from GGG? It feels crazy we are coming up on two months since we reported this issue, and yet nobody here has had a response. It would be nice to know one person who has had this resolved at the very least, would provide some hope that it might get fixed?
Sad to see nobody here has actually had this issue resolved - I'm still waiting for a response to my ticket from Dec 15th and losing hope it'll ever get replied to.
I opened a ticket via email on the 16th of December, got a response on the 31st asking for more information, I sent the info they requested on the 2nd of January, and it's been silence since.
Still no answer, even though I've waited for a response since 03.01.2025...
I wonder how long they can avoid a refund on a purchase people didn't get, before it classifies as a fraude.

I've already reported this to a few brokers GGG uses, a month is understandable within the launch and when underestimating the situation. But when people have to wait 3 months it is quite clear we are not dealing with an honest mistake.
