Agreed, they said please don't follow up on your requests. However, if all of my emails were marked undelivered and they don't have a ticket system, how do I know if they received my request at all?

i grinded like crazy till i reached about level 40 yesterday night, went to bed and now i cant even login to my account. had to go to the trouble of creating a new account just so i could post this on the forums.
apparently a whole bunch of players are in the same boat.
thankfully you good people at GGG are in the process of expanding your customer support teams and im currently unemployed so while im locked out of the game i thought i might as well turn this situation into an oportunity and apply for those new job openings, get hired, fix my account and then quit if i dont like the job.
who do i send my cv too?

why didnt you hire them BEFORE poe2 launch?
imagine selling 480$ supporter packs and not having enough support members lmfao im waiting for a response for like 10 days im trying to PAY you guys 240$ and youre not responding its ridiculous

I've had better customer support from EA and Ubisoft. People have criticized me for not buying straight from GGG but I couldn't be happier I bought through Steam, at least I got my money back. Maybe someday they'll earn it back but it's gonna be awhile.
