Support Email Response Delays

I've been waiting for an answer for exactly 8 days. The products I purchased were not loaded to my account. I sent all the information requested from me. The time since the beginning of the process is 3 weeks. But there is still no answer or solution.
I can’t login my main character on ps5, but i can login with new char. So what is the problem here, any one got same issue?
@GGG are ban-appeals affected by the processing issue? There are a big number of users that were suddenly banned in act3 reaching level 40 (including myself) waiting since more than 3 days on an answer on their ban-appeal. Now we are concerned, that the ban-appeal is lost as you aren't able to send a second one via the profile page.

Dude, business 101, you dont hire people hoping you will have enough job for them. You hire when you need help. They clearly didn't expect that many players. You are lucky they are hiring people just to help with the support. Blizzard usually fire those people and let you rot.

The last support request I sent was handled within 3 minutes, almost all of the previous ones I've sent have been <5 minutes. Most companies take days lol
