Support Email Response Delays

youre doing a great job despite such a large early access release, nerfs to skills are mandatory this early on and tweaks to find the perfect currency rate should all be messed with while in early access. (please make ascending less cancer....ty)

how about you fix the main issue which is people getting banned without cause that will limit the demand on your support team.

Seems like an obvious solution you continue to ignore. Unban all that are banned without review now and then see who needs rebanning later not the other way around.

You alleged it is without cause, i disagree, after 12 years of play i have not once been banned at all.
That should tell you something (even this level 40 ban that some people get, literally 50+ characters over the years pasts level 40 and no ban, the overwhelming majority of players never even see this, like 98% of them)

@ support, chin up peeps.

Maybe include an estimated time to action for tickets, also if the spam email to bump tickets is still resulting in back of the queue result, maybe make a pinned post.

I’ve been waiting weeks for a reply and they stopped talking to me mid conversation.

Thank you for this update and I understand this is alot but would really appreciate responses from the support team with more support. We waited 2 days for someone to just ask if it was still a problem and thats all thr message contained, then when we responded yes and it took another 24 hours before we recieved any direction. I'm sorry you guys are backlogged but longer responses with more substance could help shorten the need for back and forth and waiting so long for a response. We still aren't able to access the game when we prepaid some time ago.

Me and my friend had been playing since release and had done nothing but chill out and level together, then all of a sudden he dings in act 3 (level 40) on a monk and gets DC'd with a Ban, its DEFINETLY a problem. It's cool you didn't have to deal with it, but some people definitely are, and its kind of an outrages bug to have to deal with, especially when the person was actually really enjoying the game and now they're locked out from something they paid for. Not a good look.

hiring new people

Make sure hire people that actually played the game and know the game, otherwise it is useless. Without game knowledge i doubt their ability to choose the right canned reply
