Fix "1 try waystones mode" and the game going be good for all players.
When is next league coming out for poe1 ?,i cant find info anywhere. I hope its sonn becuse i am not having fun in poe2 .

You guys should use a ticket system that sends an auto-reply on submission (or, if you do already, I didn't get the auto-reply lol) so that I can update my ticket without essentially opening a new ticket via new email. My issue with not receiving the unlock code resolved itself but I don't have a way to update the support request I made about it to say "disregard, all good".

Fix the Ping problems
I have no problem being as patient as necessary, but with this system how do I know the difference between "they're on it and will let me know" and "my issue has fallen through the cracks and I will never hear from them again"?

I think that's the worst part, there's no way to track your incident. You'd think they would develop one just so its not strictly by email correspondence

I sadly just need my xbox account (you know the one that auto creates) which I somehow added a primary login to trying to fix (all I had to do was use the PoE native client to unlock my account, but failed to understand what it was saying during the connect) and now I have a PoE2 purchase sitting on my xbox, that I am scared to loose if I start anything...

Hopefully this isn't going to be too to long
