PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

Imagine been able to play on a Sunday afternoon, wouldn't that be fun?

And when will this be resolved? I tried to access the game today and I was surprised by the message that my IP had been banned... I want to play and you make mistakes like this, and we players pay the price?

Yep, IP banned for no reason as well.

I just got banned right now for no reason too. I dont have the 'appeal' option. ALready sent email to suporte and ban appeals. I cant believe I buyed early acces for this...

Had a busy day yersteday, after I was free today I was excited to hop back in and continuing tier 15 farming... wellp.

I was trying to log into my account on the São Paulo server and was greeted by this message
"Your IP has been banned. Please contact support if you think this is a mistake." I also tried to log in using the Washington DC gateway, and to my surprise, the login went through. I haven't tried to load the character and actually play. |
