PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

was playing normally today (12/15/2024), I play from Brazil, I finished a map and left the game, I went to play another game, when I came back, I went to log in normally and it appeared that my IP was banned, I didn't do anything wrong in the game, I don't know what could have happened to cause this error, I would like to know why my IP is banned.

i got banned right now... no reason.. iam was justing mapping... tier 14 maps for hours...
looking the posts... maybe this a problem with brazil servers..

I got ban message, the fun fact: When i switch region host from Brazil São Paulo to ANY OTHER region, i can play. Maybe it's something with the region IP to devs lookout. You guys please try it out, change the region (you might be able to play but LAGGY)
