PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

Me to, just end the gate quest in act 2, when I exit the TP to te Karavan the game closed and I can't login anymore

Same thing happened here, extremely frustrated. I was playing normally, the computer froze, and I had to force a restart. When I tried to log back into the game, the system informed me that my account had been banned.

I paid to play, spent my time in the game, and now there's simply no ticket system or direct support option. There’s no button to appeal the ban on my account here on the website. I sent an email to support, but it's so uncomfortable to go through this and then have to struggle even more to resolve it.

I'm trying to log into my account on the São Paulo server and I'm getting the error message below:
"Your IP has been banned. Please contact support if you think this is a mistake."

Just got banned too, game crashed and banned, anyone have a solution for that?

The game crashed, when I linked my IP it was banned, for what reason?
is it a bug?

I just got an IP ban after experiencing a random crash error (D3D12) while running Tier 5 maps.
