Why is there a silence from the team for 16 hours now ?

Good question. I haven't even seen an official acknowledgement that this is a problem. Lots of posts about people (like me) who bought early access, yet their account says they don't have it. I emailed support about 16 hours ago, and still no response. I haven't seen this issue listed anywhere as a problem that is being looked into. Very very frustrating.

Bought the game on steam and downloaded it no problem. when in the game lobby and i try to log in, it says "your account does not have access to path of exile 2 early access"
Afterwards i linked steam to POE. They linked just fine. When i then go to "my account" -> "Path of Exile 2 Early Access" it says "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now." I can clearly see in my steam library i have bought the early acces supporter pack. |

I have my email linked and my steam account linked and I'm still unable to play. It's pretty unbelievable you have so many people with the same problem and still can't find a solution.
