I'm also facing the same issue,
Activated the game through Steam, installed the Game POE account is linked with Steam In my POE profile here it says that I don't have access to EA.... Wrote mail to support, still waiting. 12/10 experience. |

I played for 3 hours. Came back after dinner - and have no access to Steam PoE2 account. WTF

When I try to log into the game client it says I need to purchase access. Emailed support 13 hours ago with no response. " Not sure why you're being an apologist. There is an issue, they claim to have fixed said issue and are now talking about new issues when the critical one is not resolved. It's obvious this is bad for business in the long run as many will be checking out of this with refunds. Unless we speak up this will not be resolved..
