"your account doesn't have access to path of exil 2 early access"

I have the same issue...
Same trouble, I downloaded it via epic, linked my account to PoE and I apparently don't have EA but how could I download it then via epic?..Come on bruh.
Covering the launch minute to minute on X to a deafening silence of 16 hours is getting to much.

Give us access, how hard can it be ffs
Bump - same issue here. Is there a way to reset the account link or login that its looking for? This may have something to do with trying first with Epic link and when that didn't work, moving over to Steam key. Either way, I have both keys but none are working so I want to reset.
how you guys linked your poe account to steam ? the ingame link to the poe page gave me an error because the site was down. i created an account then which also gave me an error. and now i have the same popup that tells me my account does not have access. where do i see which account is linked and how do i change the account that is linked ?
"
ATTENTION

I did the download of the game client and now i can play.

You can do the same, and when the Steam/Epic problem is solved, just continue playing.

I'm in the moutain, no connection here except 4G pack, can't afford to lose 40% of the package just to "check" if it would works

Hi there, just to post some clarification on the more common issues surrounding not having access to Path of Exile 2:

Players who have purchased an Early Access key and are still experiencing access issues may need to look into their Connections Page to ensure everything is correctly linked.

If you log into your account on our website via Steam or Epic Games, you may need to link an Email address to your account. If you are waiting to receive an email code from us to link your email with your account, the team is aware of the delays associated with these emails and are working hard to get them out to you as soon as possible.

If you log into your account on our website via Email and Password, and you have purchased PoE2 through Steam or Epic Games, you may need to make sure the correct Steam / Epic Games account is linked on your Connections page.

Once you have successfully linked your Email and Steam/Epic Games if necessary, navigate to the Early Access Page of your account and make sure it confirms your Path of Exile account has got Early Access. If this has been successful, it should say "Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support!"

If you are still running into issues after trying the above steps, or if you have already linked an incorrect email address or steam account, you will have to contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. We are currently working through a large number of Support Tickets, so our response times are longer than usual, we apologize for this inconvenience.

The main problem here, is that people linked their PoE account to the wrong steam account, and we can't undo it :'(

I downloaded PoE2 on a steam account, but my PoE1 account was linked (13 years back ago), into another steam account, wich have no access anymore. And I can't just undo the steam linked

Main problem I see on Reddit & here is that ppl still get the same message - "acc don't have EA" even after linking, verifying etc
My brother bought supporter pack on 1st of December via epic games and linked it afterwards to his fresh created POE acc. on the same day. Connection-screen seems good, even the epic games identifier matches on both sides, but EA access not eligible... game client also tells that I am not having access.

What can we do? epic policy disables refund, its a real shame...
