Hi there, just to post some clarification on the more common issues surrounding not having access to Path of Exile 2:

Players who have purchased an Early Access key and are still experiencing access issues may need to look into their Connections Page to ensure everything is correctly linked.

If you log into your account on our website via Steam or Epic Games, you may need to link an Email address to your account. If you are waiting to receive an email code from us to link your email with your account, the team is aware of the delays associated with these emails and are working hard to get them out to you as soon as possible.

If you log into your account on our website via Email and Password, and you have purchased PoE2 through Steam or Epic Games, you may need to make sure the correct Steam / Epic Games account is linked on your Connections page.

Once you have successfully linked your Email and Steam/Epic Games if necessary, navigate to the Early Access Page of your account and make sure it confirms your Path of Exile account has got Early Access. If this has been successful, it should say "Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support!"

If you are still running into issues after trying the above steps, or if you have already linked an incorrect email address or steam account, you will have to contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. We are currently working through a large number of Support Tickets, so our response times are longer than usual, we apologize for this inconvenience.

I have a valid steam account linked to your site, I logged in under this account and game on same account. But I still don't have my early access key and I still can't play the game. Why is this attitude towards the players? For such a long time, the problem with steam and the lack of an early access key has not been solved. When will the problem be fixed and I will be provided with my key?
Has anyone got a response from GGG support?

Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access! Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support!

Your account will be allowed to log in and play during Path of Exile 2 Early Access.

You can download and play on the standalone client once it becomes available.

Your Early Access also includes keys to play on Steam or Epic which can be claimed below.

problem is i even playued till level 5 on my witch, spent points in shop and got disconnected and now it says i dont have access, there need to be something else wrong...
Okay in all honest? that's fine except that I've done all these steps it says I don't have access in game and on the website even though a friend gifted it to me.

As for emailing customer support? I've emailed you guys almost 16 hours ago... And have heard not a peep. I understand being busy and having a lot of tickets to get through? But 16 hours?

I feel bad for my friend who spent money on this so I could play with him and he's been waiting on me to actually play.
I asked about the standalone client and POE2 EA a while back, what i manage to gather is that you cant play POE2 the "old way" (standalone client+poe website credentials).
Meaning when you buy an EA key is to be redeemed on steam or epic, same way when its gifted.
A steam/epic account is required to play POE2 EA.
Feel free to correct me if am wrong, but am not paying 30 bucks to use the steam updater that it used to DL the whole client everytime its got an update or take extremely long to patch 5 mb. Thats why when i used to play poe it was via standalone.
Other issues like people wrote here are simply the login server being unable to keep up with the EA validations. Thats gonna be resolved in time, should just put people on queue.
