POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

theres no way for PoE2 to cause a bluescreen - freeze as its a userland process, the fault doesnt fall on GGG but on the GPU driver, is it the latest? no game will ever cause a bluescreen or freeze unless it makes use of kernel-mode drivers.

Edit:

or a bad OC, are u pushing your RAM to hard perhaps? that could cause a OS freeze if it hit the kernel address space.

So, I tried every suggestion here, and other voodoo and placebo fixes from around the web (including the Uncrasher)

Some lasted longer, some had the effect of sacrificing virigns to a volcano, but nothing actually fixed the problem.

It's super frustrating to have to wait, however it is still a great EA game, and loads of fun, when it works, if I compare it to D4 the conclusion is that I had to try really hard to like D4 and it didn't work, this bug made me want to not like PoE2, which didn't work either

I would wait for a an actual official fix, as some of the fixes and workarounds do last longer tha others, but I think takes away from the experiance for me, crossing fingers each time I teleport to town or a new zone

By far the best way for me is to set the maximum CPU-usage to 98%. There are still freezings, but far less than let it to 100%. Can play now for hours...
I use a program from github that disables two cores during boot and transitions and then turns them back on. So far as I understand the problem has not been solved, are there no new ways?

Я использую программу с гитхаба которая во время загрузки и переходов, отключает два ядра а потом обратно их включает. Пока я так понимаю проблема не решилась новых способов нет ?

Dude, don't even try. Average "joe" thinks it's all about PoE because "other games don't cause bsod".

At least NVIDIA aware of that shit and gonna fix their kms.

PS Even after the fix, the vast majority of "joes" will blame GGG for the freeze not understanding the things you just told.

Even GGG has the problem in the high priority issues, im talking about the pc freeze from users, and the problem with CPU usage (not GPU wtf),fanboys can't see beyond their noses at least the developers recognize it, but well you can still saying "if only happens playing poe 2 it doesnt mean is fault of GGG, "It could be the baker's fault or something related with your music playlist."

Well that's because it's a problem that GG introduced a while back with the particle system in PoE 1 as well.
It's unlikely GGG's fault but the driver architecture. I told about that right from the start. With this message from NVIDIA

it confirms my assumption. As we know ATI users are also affected by the issue, the company probably already made statement about the fix. Unfortunately the upcoming driver version will be rolled out in January, so be patient. Also, there is slight chance the problem won't go away even after update.

Your assumptions are wrong because you refuse to believe that it's not a 24h2 problem.

It's an issue GGG needs to address. Everyone can ignore it, shove it down, supress it, deny it, but it will only get worse. It already has.

I have also believed that this is driver/OS issue more than software (game) issue. Usermode program should be able to freeze OS.
Most users here are - "this is not 24H2 issue!" but it is, i go back to 23H2 - no freeze, Windows 10 - no freeze, only Windows 11 24H2 freezes. I think original issue here is related to Ryzen CPUs + NVIDIA GPUs on Windows 24H2, all other freezes/crashes are not related to this original issue, different cause (maybe intel oxidation :D).
