Why are GGG silent? Does this mean that they have no idea how to fix the problem?

Ever tried solving a complex problem involving various HW configurations as well as OS configurations. You dont have to actually answer lol.

The main issue is lack of communication. The people that are working on the technical side of things are not the same people that handle PR and Community Management. I do not really blame technical staff, although I know that if they did a proper alpha/beta test instead of glorified PR they would have caught that issue that is a moot point for now. However people are reporting that their DxDiags have not been checked(they can see who accessed the files from cloud or if it had been accessed at all), on top of this they asked for DMs for an issue that affects new players and if you are not at a certain point in the game you cannot DM, finally they said this is "mostly affecting people that use Win11 24H2", deflecting the issue while knowing fully that this is not a Win11 issue, there are people here with Win10s and Win11s of all versions.

They should be communicating about this issue constantly by now. People are losing their hardware. Even a simple "Don't play if you crash, we are investigating, sorry about that" pinned here and on Steam would be an immense step forward at this point.

Well they allready put in on the known bugs, so they are not silent, this means they are working on it :-)

That known bugs part is actually making me less hopeful due to "Win 11 blame shifting".

How hard can it be for GGG to just put some update here... Too hard apparently.
Exactly. "Hi dudez we r steal werkin on it." That would suffice.

Since last windows update, the report exploded. Personally didn't get any freeze until this weekend. So last win update isn't the primary cause for the freeze but aggravated the problem to many more users.
Guys. It's near Christmas. If GGG is based in NZ, you know how it is during December. No one is working. Expect to hear from them after New Year on January earliest.

Have you generated a dxdiag file and sent it to GGG as they've requested?
