Hard crashing PC locks up

I tried getting a steam refund but I have 9 hours played so it was denied. 15-20 hard crashes in 9 hours. Biggest waste of money ever and by far and away the worst launch of any video game I’ve ever seen. As a destiny 2 player, these guys make Bungie look good. D2 may be buggy but at least it works.

I thought I had fixed it with power plan CPU set to 90%, got almost a week but it happened again to me today. Hard crash on loading screen. Otherwise no issues running the game.

" Dude get some patience it is an early access game and it is one of the best games of the last decade. You just have to be patient for them fixing it. It was never promised to be bug free and not promised to be full and complete and perfect. We don't care about the whining. We don't want to hear it. |

more than 200k views on 2 topics. And almost complete disregard of the problem from the developer with the exception of 1 message. Shame
