Purchased PoE2 early access on the Epic account but not reflected

it sucks i know, you bought we bought it we shouldve get the product instantly like the people who bought it on steam. but customer service on email support and on facebook path of exile replied that too having high volume of bla bla bla and that epic games is "pre order" and we need to wait til dec 6
