Purchased PoE2 early access on the Epic account but not reflected

Unfortunately, we've found there is an issue with some Epic Games purchases not correctly redeeming for Path of Exile accounts. We hope to get this resolved as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.

If you still haven't received your pack contents within a couple days can you please let us know so we can investigate further? We hope this gets fixed up automatically within the near future, however.

What's going on with the partnership between GGG and EA?
Only some of us are not reflected, are there any buyers who are properly reflected?

Anyway, we paid money and got no access or points or anything.
Will this be reflected on the release date of December 6th,
or will I have to attach a receipt etc.?

Please explain what we should do.

Thank you for the message. I am afraid that you will need to wait until the early access of Path of Exile 2 is released and then log into that to redeem your points and microtransactions.

Apparently, we cannot get access the key till the early access release, Dec 6th, nor the points. Idk whether it heppens on all of the pack purchases on the Epic or it heppens rarely. Unfortunately it doesn't look unlikely now?
I want them to release any statemets or notice for the issue or spec?

Thank you for your information. By this logic, we have to log in to POE2 on EPIC to pick up the purchased supporter pack. Just like how POE1 works. XD

GGG support confirmed to me that we have to wait until December 6.

I feel scammed honestly. Packs were advertised as available immediately and not as preorder! Now we don't get to preload the game and we have to login on release when everything is on fire and hope it works.

And there is no way to get a refund. Unacceptable!

Can someone from GGG comment on this? I see many comments from GGG employees talking about Steam but when someone asks about Epic you just ignore it!

The big problem is they took my money, didn’t provide me with the product I wanted, and also refused to give me a refund.

It seems that purchases made on Steam are reflected, while those made on Epic Games are not. I have a feeling that we won't be able to play on the release date.

Hold on wowowo.
U need to log in trough the game client from epic to get the purchases on the stand alone client?

I was somewhat tempted to buy there (that's why I'm looking into these threads) as it has normalized price for my region, 20% cheaper compared to what I've been paying for ages, but that sounds a bit inconvenient.
