Purchased PoE2 early access on the Epic account but not reflected
I bought a PoE 2 early access supporter pack on my epic account, but it is not reflected on this site nor bundled 300 points.
What am I supposed to do next? My epic account and PoE account are connected months ago, And points purchased before on the epic are correctly reflected. Why the key does not appear on this site? Or I can play PoE 2 early on the epic account only? I can play PoE both on the steam or the epic same PoE account. Should I contact support by mail? I'm not hurrying really. I have the same problem and GGG support asked me for Epic Games Store receipt few hours ago. Will report back if I actually get the pack unlocked or not. EGS support told me that it's a pre-purchase pack and the content won't be available before the actual release... which I hope is not true!

Hey lestajason, do not reveal your order id or invoice id in public, not to mention your epic ID.
I don't know whether revealing your epic id causes any problem or not, but that's not a good idea. please edit and hide kinda ids asap. and thanks replying, I'll contact support by email then. |
