Purchased PoE2 early access on the Epic account but not reflected

How do you log in to POE 2 to redeem your pack if POE 2 access is part of the pack you are trying to redeem? XD

I think we just need to wait for GGG to contact Epic and fix it before the launch.

So Im day 4 without a response from support only to find in this thread that we gotta wait until the 6th, that's Epic..

Because after you buy a pre-ordered supporter pack in the EPIC Store, EPIC's testing permissions will also be opened, and the supporter pack will show that it has been stored. It just needs to wait until 12/06 to enable it
Then you can launch POE2 directly from EPIC

I have same issue here, honestly sucks so much. I bought the game on Epic because it's much cheaper than on Steam, but now I kinda regret it.
Edit: Got response from the support to wait till release and if there will still be problem to contact them then.

I think so, yes. We have to wait and see

i bought it too on epic. only problem is i bought it on epic games cause it cheap but i forgot to link it first on pathofexile website. so what i did was buy it on epic games and then few seconds after that link that epic games on pathofexile website and that said website saying i am not eligible for early acces.. but the poe2 on epic games is already on my epic games library. i emailed them and they only replied wait what was in this thread already exactly the same format. wait until december 6 to redeem the codes. oh and btw i didnt get any code or key or whatever. only the reciept on my gmail epic games reciept that i bought it. thats all.

Ok, so not just me then... Was thinking about how to register my purchase as I didn't see anything here or in the game, then realised my EG account wasn't linked so fixed that, but now still nothing. If we really can't even download the client until release that'll be rough as the servers will likely be melting already, but hey, I guess I saved a few bucks :/

Same problem for me, wish I checked here first, I even tried googling to see if there were any issues with epic but I didn't find anything so went ahead with it.

I was going to upgrade to the higher tiers later but this has really soured the experience. Looks like I won't be playing anywhere near release day with my terrible internet. Especially if there's no pre-download for us if we have to wait until it's out.
