Edit: What isn't yet explained, though, is whether you can repeat the same trial for more Ascendancy points. He says in the video you get 2 points, but then references the Sanctum one. We are still waiting for info on this part. So, to say we can fully ascend with 1 mechanic is, for now, factually incorrect.

And also there was no reason to bring up desynch and a no hit sanctum run when talking about POE2 and ascending.

Its not required, so its just am inappropriate example. It proves and supports nothing for this thread, you should go delete it.


Make sure when you talk about knowledge and other players is from a standpoint to help them and not ridicule them, or patronize them.

And also make sure you are also not expressing those same criticisms yourself, or you wind up thinking things like this:

Says who? Jonathan talks about Ascension in the video, which is a 4-part process (2 points each). At no point in the video or Q&A did he mention you can fully ascend with 1 mechanic. Feel free to point me to a source in case I missed it, and I shall retract that statement.

he clearly say's you can get all ascencion points from 1 type of trial or mix-and-match.
