" Hello! Thank you for posting your pob. * First lets start with Dex. You can hopefully solve your dex problem by simply lowering the level of your Greater Multiple Projectiles gem. The frost bolt set up provides us minimal damage, it is only in place for our Ice Nova to interact with. As such there is no need to raise the GMP level to 20. If you lower GMP to level 7, you will lower your Max dexterity need from 83 down to 60. Hopefully this can help you solve your Dex issues. * Chaos res will take a while to sort out. Just get as close to 0% as possible with your starting end game gear. When you start investing more into the character we can show you ways to get to max chaos res but that is too far away for you to worry about now so just do your best. * The timeless jewel is correct. Well done. I am not sure what method you used to find it but POB provides an automatic way to search for the jewels you want. Here is a video to show you how to use it in Path of Building. " hello and welcome to the thread! :) The second POB has more damage because it has a much higher crit chance and higher crit multi. Since we are a critical strike build, these two stats are very important to the damage totals. I am confused on one item. Thank you for this first response. The difference between pob 1 (jewel) and pob 2 (crit) = crit nodes at the top instead of the jewel.
Stuffs, gems = both the same I want to improve one of the two (the difference is minimal between the two) in order to have the highest possible dps, an ehp ditto. NB : I don't have MB but but something like 50 or 60 divine to invest. What would you start with ? (Including stuff, gems, colours, tree) | |

i finally made the transition and oh boy this is night and day compared to ziz's/goratha's. Not that theirs were bad but harder to minmax for new players like me. And the tankiness is just a whole other level. You guys helped alot with this format, it was so well written and detailed, big kudos! Thanks again for your time, here's my updated pob. " OK my comments are focused on the second POB you posted * You need to change the Militant Faith jewel. Your current jewel has over written Prodigal Perfection and that will cause you to lose a chunk of damage and defense. When picking a Militant Faith, you need to pick one where it does not over write any of Heart of Thunder, Deep Thoughts, Instability, Arcane Will or Prodigal Perfection * You made a mistake in your tree. When you pathed to the socket for Unnatural Instinct, you went the wrong way around the tree. The path you took gives you less DPS and EHP. * You can make the full transition over to the large cluster jewel. See the build guide in the first post for which tree points you can remove. After you have the large cluster allocated, you can add two strong rare jewels, mana/crit multi/etc Then change the implicit on your gloves from Life Leech to Lightning Exposure. After this you can also replace Wave of Conviction as it won't be needed any more. * Then you need to decide whether to start saving up for a massive upgrade in your wand with the Haunted enchant, or whether to start upgrading your rare gear to get better stats. Currently trying to grind for 97 to get another gem in the large cluster but do things look good otherwise?

Copy various wands into your POB from the trade site to see which gives you the best DPS for what your budget is. I would recommend a Profane Wand base. We benefit highly from cast speed * Get the +1 to Power Charge corruption on helmet * Add quality to your life flask for more life recovery * You should not need a mana flask in this build. Your mana regen of 1400+ is very good. Replace that mana flask for something else that can help you (amethyst for chaos res or quicksilver for movement speed) * Add quality to the following gems: Eternal Blessing (extra DPS), Punishment (extra defense), More Duration (higher uptime of Arcane Cloak), Arcane Cloak (extra DPS and defense), Intensify (better AOE), Increased Crit Damage (extra DPS), Spell Echo (extra DPS) Last edited by AndyLovesHisBge on Sep 3, 2024, 4:46:41 PM
