Big oof, just nerf the druggery belt interaction.
It's a powerful item but sustaining hundreds of stacks requires significant investment or only using it in short bursts. Very much opposed to mid-league nerfs, especially gutting a 1 chaos unique that presents an interesting build challenge & is only gamebreaking in conjunction with another obscure item in group play.

What's the worst someone can do with 6000% ele pen, one shot an uber boss?
There are builds that can already do this, why focus on this item that requires a combination of players when it's something that can be achieved solo.

You don't get it, there is "Investing in a good build only skilled players are worthy of" which oneshots everything, and then there is "takes all content to the point of being trivial" which oneshots everything, and latter has to be addressed immediately!

That's just false. How about you stop being a little sheep believe whatever streamers or reddit say. I keep track of all my earnings every league and the variance between leagues is less than 1 percent.
