Are the game producers making fools of us, or maybe they want to discourage us from playing POE?

I think we finally cleared this up. His build was good in 2020 and he's getting slaughtered after starting back up a month ago.

Bro, Archnemesis made the game SIGNIFICANTLY harder than it was in 2020. You were able to get away with that crap build in 2020, not now.

I don't appreciate being called a liar, which you effectively called me after I provided my pob to give an example of what can work. Yet you called me a liar AFTER getting that and now refuse to address that fact. I am done with trying to help you. Have fun continuing to die while you cling to you precious worthless uniques.

No, his build wasn't good back then. If you check his post history you'll see that he made the same kind of topics with the same problems and the same stubborness as now. He is either a prime example of dunning kruger or a very commited troll.
After 9 months nothing has changed... I'm still feeling like I'm cheated by devs.

Now, somehow - I was able to level up my character to 96lvl. From 65K dps, I have increased to 150K dps and my 1800def I have change 11000 (with potions) and even I'm playing on exactly same T maps... gameing is not easy as I should expect from 4lvl progress, almost 3 times more dps and 6 time more armor.

It is look like that player leveling is a programmed by devs process in stricte specific time where the process of moving character level up have to fill full (unknown) period to be able to move on.

As I have observed, to have possibility to level up - system is keeping player about 2 months before it will let him to move on higher level. Before I leveled up - becouse no specific reason - my death rate was about 10% (in 3 days before leveling)... now is about 60% even I'm playing on the same maps and with better stats.

As I'm thinking - as our characters staying stronger our progress should become easy. Why in POE does it not work like this?

It seems that monster level are scalling with player level. Why there is nothing about it in game wiki? How does this process look like?

Moreover I have found out that there is some kind a treshold for max. armour which in my case is something about 11200 and it can not be increased in any possible way. I had 11200 at start of 96lvl and additional Large Cluster Jewel with Blacksmith skill (+25% armour) have not change it. Is it somehow armour limitation? Is it true... it seems that player progress in specific level is blocked programatically.

If the game has to make profit for the company and the whole idea is simple as "keep the player in-game" it would make sense to make the game rippy so that you keep racking you brain and theorycrafting to avoid dying and get more out of the gameplay.

So it makes sense in a monetary manner to design an unfair game in general. There could be anything happening behind a closed source game. The majority is, but I dunno how you make money from a Free Open Source Game that would have it's programming open so that we can see there are no unfair decisions against the player to keep them playing forever.

So I say there is a high chance that what the OP is saying is actually happening. Companies are out to make money not have a friendship with us as a community.

But it does it mean that it is illegal if the product does not represent known for players - rules? Is that should not be called - fraud in form of illegal - gambling?

In the law this is called - Fraud by false representation.

Complaining about dying with a slice of cheese as defenses and a private profile.

TLDR: OP is still playing on same character as before, still moaning that the Devs have got some weird hold over his ability to level. Still refusing to believe that it is a Learn To Play issue. The fact that he got to level 96 shows that at least he is persistent......

If I'm wrong - tell me why? Why the game is not become easy after progress?
Just only that fact showing whtat in the game there is some mechanizm that is not explained by GGG and which have an affect on the players and theirs progress.
Is it mean that in the game is monster level scalling? If so, why there is no information about this anywhere?

Monsters get harder in higher tier map levels, that has always been the case. What is the highest tier of map that you have completed? What map mods? The harder the content, the better your character needs to be to complete it. The game does not become easier just because you have levelled up.

In the realm of laws everyone is innocent until proven otherwise. While being a closed source game, what proof can you derive and how would you analyze the game for fair representation?

Is it an assumption that you have a path to progress your character or is it a given the community has taken? Of course in a game you are to have a path to progress if not the character has little value unless you have fun with it anyways. But what I am circling about is that for unfair representation you need to see what GGG has stated about the game. One thing they take pride on is that the game is rippy, right? And that helps keeping the player in-game trying to figure out things. Rendering more opportunities to get sales from cosmetics and so.

I am no expert, enlighten me with what I am missing please.
